Employers are solely responsible for their job listings and the hiring process. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of job listings or the qualifications of applicants.

Job seekers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job listings and employers before submitting applications or personal information.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of premium services. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Continued use of paid services after a fee change constitutes agreement to pay the new fees.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
